This young patient was born without her upper lateral teeth. She underwent orthodontics to align her teeth and create space for her future teeth. The patient was also not happy with the look of her short and narrow teeth and wanted fix that. Dr. Swamidass proposed placing minimally invasive porcelain veneers on her front 4 natural teeth and replace her missing 2 teeth with dental implants.

After placement of her dental implants, Dr. Swamidass placed temporary crowns on both her dental implants and natural teeth that would have the veneers. This would allow the patient to evaluate the proposed esthetics of her final restorations and also shape her gum tissue to give a natural appearance.

After some time, Dr. Swamidass finalized her case. The patient and doctor chose a tooth color that would be very natural and give an esthetically pleasing result.
